This inaugural episode of Oregon Women Rock is a special edition to The Forum. Oregon Women Rock is produced by Molly Mayhead, professor emeritus of rhetoric at Western Oregon University. In this discussion, facilitated by Dr. Mayhead, three women business owners in Monmouth and Independence talk about the challenges and successes of running a business in a small town. The businesswomen are Emily Mentzer, Kate Schwarzler, and Julia Bell Parks.
